Terms of Use
Short, readable, and not written to trap you.

Who you're dealing with
These terms cover the apps, websites, and services provided by Get Something Going LLC ("we", "us"), including everything listed on gsg.fyi. By using any of them, you agree to what's below. If you don't agree, don't use them — that's the whole enforcement mechanism.
Your account
Some apps need an account; some don't. Where one is required, keep your credentials to yourself and tell us promptly if you think someone else has them. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and at least 13 years old.
Acceptable use
Use the apps for what they're for. Don't break the law with them, don't try to break into them, don't scrape or overload them, don't resell access, and don't upload content you don't have the right to upload.
We can suspend or close an account that's being used to harm other people or the service. We'd rather email you first, and usually will.
Your content stays yours
Anything you create or upload — annotations, tour requests, packets, answers — remains yours. You give us only the permission we need to store it, process it, and show it back to you (and, where an app is designed to publish something, to the people you chose to publish it to).
We don't use your content to train models we sell, and we don't hand it to advertisers.
AI-generated content
Some apps generate text, audio, or images with AI. That output can be wrong, odd, or confidently incorrect, and it is provided for entertainment and convenience rather than as authoritative fact. Don't rely on it for anything consequential — navigation, safety, legal, medical, or financial decisions.
Paid plans
Where an app offers a subscription, the price, billing period, and renewal terms are shown before you buy. Subscriptions bought through the App Store are billed and cancelled by Apple, under Apple's terms — cancel in iOS Settings, not by emailing us, though we're happy to walk you through it.
Cancelling stops future charges. We don't pro-rate a partial period unless the law where you live requires it.
Beta software
Several apps are in beta. Beta software breaks, changes without warning, and occasionally loses data. Keep your own copies of anything you'd be upset to lose.
Warranty and liability
The apps are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the apps is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or twenty-five US dollars. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, in which case they apply to you only as far as the law permits.
Changes and ending things
We may update these terms; material changes get a new date on this page. Continuing to use the apps after that means you accept the new version.
You can stop using the apps and close your account at any time. We may discontinue an app — if we do, we'll give reasonable notice and a way to get your data out.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the company is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
