We reply within 2 business days. If you're reporting a bug, telling us your device and what you did right before it happened saves a round trip.

⌘C copied the wrong thing.: Shouldn't be possible — ⌘C always copies the flattened image, never the selection. If it did otherwise, that's a serious bug. Tell me.
macOS won't let Knitch capture the screen.: System Settings → Privacy & Security → Screen Recording, enable Knitch. You may need to restart it after.
Can I reopen a saved Knitch image and keep editing the annotations?: Yes. Knitch PNGs round-trip, so annotations come back editable.
Why does this exist when screenshot tools already exist?: None of them did the four-second loop without asking me a question first. That's the whole origin story.
When can I get it?: Not released yet, though I use it daily. Email me if you want a nudge when it is.
