Your settings — which mode you chose, and how long the "reveal anyway" countdown runs.

Your time-on-Threads counters — a session stopwatch plus daily totals for the last seven days, recorded only while a Threads tab is actually focused.

Both live in your browser's own extension storage, on your computer. Neither is transmitted anywhere, because there is nowhere to transmit it to: the extension ships no server, no endpoint, and no network code.

It does not read, collect, or store the content of your feed, your posts, your messages, your account name, or anyone else's. It looks for the literal text "For you" sitting above a column of posts, and floats an overlay over that column. It does not inspect what those posts say.

There is no advertising, no tracking, no fingerprinting, and no analytics — not even a count of installs beyond whatever the browser store reports on its own.

Thread Pull requests exactly one permission: storage, used to remember your mode and your timer across page loads.

It runs only on threads.com. It has no host access to any other site.

Uninstalling the extension deletes everything it stored. There is no copy anywhere else to request or delete.
